1:1|What's an appointment like?

Each appointment is completely unique for each client. We prefer to take a more personalized approach so that each customer gets exactly what they want, and need, out of their experience. All appointments are 100% complimentary and there is absolutely no purchase requirement.

You can select from a variety of appointment types via the booking page. Before you come in your personal stylist will reach out to check in on any specific needs or requests you may have, and also to get to know you a little bit before you walk through our doors. Once you come in you’ll spend some time chatting with your stylist, and then the fun begins!

Each location has a full size set of select product for you to try on. Once you’ve made your selections your purchase will be shipped to your door with free 2-day shipping.

1:1|What if I want to try on something specific?

We can make that happen! Let your stylist know any pieces you know you want to try on in advance and we’ll make sure they’re waiting for you when you arrive. We have a full size set of select styles available in the space.

In a fashion emergency and need something urgently? Call US and we’ll see what we can do.

1:1|Can I take my purchase with me?

All purchases are shipped directly to your doorstep so you can walk away completely hands free - it’s the easiest way to shop. Since we ship all purchases made in the 1:1 space with complimentary 2-day shipping, you’ll get your pieces really quickly.

1:1|What if I am an international client?

We understand how important it is for our international clients to be able to take their purchases with them and we’ll be as accommodating as we can. In order to do so, please let US know that you’re an international client in your appointment booking and we can see what magic we can make happen.

1:1|Can I bring a friend to my appointment?

Yes - the more the merrier! Please be sure to list the number of guests you plan to bring when booking your appointment, or select the Group Styling Session from the appointment options. Planning on bringing more than 5 friends? Just reach out the location Director directly and they’ll make the arrangements.

1:1|If I don’t have an appointment can I just drop in?

Of course! We’re always ready to welcome you to the space. However, we do encourage you to make an appointment if you plan to shop with US so that we can make sure a stylist is available to work with you when you arrive. If a stylist is already working with a client when you come, don’t worry! You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the living room and hang out until someone becomes available.

1:1|Do you offer alterations?

We do not offer alterations in house, but we’d be happy to make a recommendation!

1:1|Do I need to make an appointment to make a return? Can I return my online order in the space?

Yes! You can absolutely drop in to make a return in the space. You can also reach out to our Customer Experience team and they’ll assist you with your return!

If you’re interested in making a size or style exchange we recommend making a Find My Fit appointment. That way the team has the opportunity to locate your new size and save you time. We’ll ship your new size directly to your doorstep.

1:1|Can I bring in my Fit Liberty exchange?

If you’re interested in making a Fit Liberty size exchange we recommend making a Find My Fit appointment. That way the team has the opportunity to locate your new size in advance. Please bring in the piece you’re planning to replace with you - we’ll donate it on your behalf! Your new size will be shipped directly to your doorstep.

1:1|How do I request to use the 1:1 space for an event I’d like to host?

Go to the events section of the Visit US page and click on the prompt to “TELL US ABOUT YOUR EVENT HERE.” Fill out the form and someone from your local 1:1 will reach out to discuss the specifics!
